Paul qualified as a chartered accountant at KPMG, with over twenty years’ postqualification experience, he has served as Chief Financial Officer as well as NonExecutive Director on a number of AIM quoted companies in the media and technology industries. Over this period, he has led successful IPOs, fundraisings and venture capital exits. Paul joined the Board in February 2024.
